This Burger Joint Has Great Food And Great Vibes - My Experience At Dumont Burger
I am always searching for a new hole-in-the-wall bar in NYC. These places often have some of the best food and the best vibes. My brother found out about Dumont Burger on TikTok, and recently, we visited, and we loved it. From friendly staff to delicious food, I recommend everyone to visit this burger joint in Brooklyn.

How We Got There & The Vibes
We took the B39 bus from Delancey St/Essex St in Manhattan to Williamsburg Bridge Plaza/Lane 1 and walked for about 10 minutes. It was an easy walk as I had never been to this part of Brooklyn.
This location had cozy vibes. It is very small and has seating at the bar, bar stool seating at a long table and outside. You are sat close to others and it gives off a communal vibe and encourages you to talk to others. Not many people were there when we went, and it was quiet. They were showing sports on TV, so I could only imagine how lively it could be during football season.
Our server was super nice and very patient with us. We were overwhelmed by the menu and wanted to try so many things, but we had to pace ourselves.

What We Had
Dumont Burger 5oz with Garlic Parmesan Fries
My brother had the Dumont Burger (5oz) with Monterey Jack cheese and garlic parmesan fries. He said it was the best burger he had ever had. The pickles tasted homemade and freshly cut, and he said it made the burger even better and he’s not a pickle person.
The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the fries were freshly cut, crisp, cheesy, and garlicky. The garlic and parmesan were fresh.
The bun even had the logo burned into it, which is a unique touch!
Spicy Buffalo Wings
I had the spicy buffalo wings and was concerned that they would be too hot, but our server informed us that they were a good kind of spicy, not hot enough to make you sweat.
These wings were some of the best wings I have ever had. They are up there with wings I had at the Hilton Excel in London. The wings were tender and well-seasoned, and the blue cheese dip was nice and chunky, like how blue cheese dip is supposed to be.
Fries
The fries were great, too. I wish I had gotten the garlic parm, but these were still fantastic. I don’t remember the type of sauce that was served with them, but that was good as well.
I recommend this spot for good vibes, great service, and great food. I will definitely come back here to try the burgers the next time I am in Brooklyn for a NY Liberty game.
